I am a mother of the service user at Uplifting Lives Services Ltd. I am very satisfied with the support services provided for my son as there are no difficulties in accessing the services. My communication with the support staff is excellent and felt heard as well as understood by the support staff regarding the needs of my son. The quality of care that my son is receiving is very good. There have been positive changes in my son’s life since receiving support services and involved in making decisions for the support he is receiving. So far, I have received enough information about the support services available at Uplifting Lives Services Ltd. I am urging Uplifting Lives Services Ltd to just keep providing the excellent services.

Hi Judith, I just wanted to take a minute to pass on my thanks and praise to the team for the way they look after Tom. Every single time I go to see him he is immaculately dressed, well-groomed and smart and his personal hygiene is obviously in the front of everyone's mind as is his general health as he looks very well and happy. The flat itself is always immaculate, the kitchen and bathroom are spotless as is his living and bedrooms. Thomas is obviously thriving in the environment that the team provide and maintain and I can't thank them all enough for looking after Tom to the standard any parent would be proud of. If you have a formal recognition process, please record this praise on each of the team's personal files as I know it is very much a team effort to provide such a fantastic health, welcoming, and happy environment for Tom to live.
